DIGITAL CALL-IN SYSTEM:

    An 800 number for your physicians, available 24 hours per day, seven days per week is provided. No busy signals will be encountered. Physicians and staff dictate over any telephone at your facility, or cell-phone, home phone, etc., anytime of the day or night and from anywhere in the U.S.using the telephone keypad for dictation functions. Each physician is assigned an I.D. The facility is assigned a PIN#. Per practice needs, prompts for necessary demographics can be defaulted. We can default a STAT cue. Dictation confirmation numbers are automatically read out for each dictation. Order of dictation prompts are: Physician ID#, Facility PIN#, Patient Identifier#, Work Type#.
INTERNET PROTOCOL:

    Dictation is received, immediately encrypted and converted to what is essentially a "wav file". In minutes, the file is then sent via 128-bit encryption transfer to our secure server where it is automatically routed to specific medical transcriptionists for downloading and transcribing, still encrypted. Dictation is then transcribed using equipment and software to unencrypt. Reports are then directly uploaded to our secure sever for final delivery. WE DO NOT USE EMAIL FOR DISSEMINATION OF ANY PATIENT RECORDS.
DELIVERY:

    Re-encrypted hard transcription can be sent to your facility via PC-AnyWhere at regularly scheduled times, or directly to your server via FTP. We maintain a 24 to 48-hour turnaround on all regular dictation. STAT dictation is as required.
REPORTAGE:

    Reportage is excellent. We can provide monthly reports broken down by physician. We can track chart deficiencies and tardy dictation.
